This is the result of researching the Swaylocks archives, and the input from a few of the swaylocks crew. Thanks to Soulstice, Drew, Doug Schuch, Benny1, 4est, PeterG, and Jimmy Freeze, whose input molded this board into what it has become. Special thanks to Steve Morris(and his cool family) of LONGRIDER SURF CO. for the use of his shaping bay, as well as painting it for me. Glassed at the local surf shop.
Finished up with 14.75" tail, 23.50" middle, 17.75" nose, 3.5" thick, nose rocker 2 .75", tail rocker 3.50" no concave. Heavy glass at 7.5 x 7.5 x 5 oz deck 6 x 5 oz bottom. A real brusier LOG. I tryed to keep it with an old school theme.
This was alot of fun. I told my wife to get used to the foam dust. Next board ill do a tail block, homemade wood fin, and glass it myself. Thanks Swaylocks
Thats would be the 11" er. Thanks for the suggestion! The water temp here is 39. Im going to have to bust out the gear and try this thing out next time we get a little bump.
