To me Veterans day is everyday ! For my cousin Bobby Lindgren who took an AK 47 round to the back of the head on Thanks Giving Day. I saw him at 95 evac in Danang just before they flew him to Japan. He didn't make it . He was 82nd Airborne !
For my Team mates , Beerworth, Barbie, Driver, Fox ,Brown, Myrose, the New guy (2 days in country and the 2 grunts I didn't know. Took a hit from a 122 and lost over half the team !
Special thoughts to my best friend John Ward 101st Airborne who is in Dong Ha. He has done more good saveing lives in Vietnam with his Healthy Heart program with Kids First ,VVRP, Lotus Blossom,
