From the look of the board, and the description of the bottom, Id say its vintage 1969-1970. Most boards in those days had an “s” deck and bottom, a high to low rail line. The majority of boards built after 1971 had turned down rails from nose to tail. It would be interesting to see how that board rides today. FD

OK>>>>The rest of the story…The board does have that S curve looking from the side rail. This is very pronounced. The fin is a Wave Set (that is missing). The question now is when did “Jiff”(or Jeff)shape it, and also where, is he still shaping? Anyone have an extra Wave set fin that doesn’t have a board to go with this one? I’ve really got to surf this board.
