I am just starting a single fin pin, 7’2" x 16 3/4 x 22 3/4 x 14 3/4. Nose rocker 5", tail 2 3/16". Bottom will probably be rolled vee nose, flat mid, vee tail, any suggestions as to fin box position and type, size of fin that may be a nice starting point. This board will be eps- balsa sandwich and the fin will be plywood/glass, (fin template would be nice!!). Probably won’t be used in over head high surf.
I would be interested with this type of construction what suggestions anyone may have for the rails also.
Any help as usual gratefully recieved
