Well a generous forum member has offered to assist with my big gun, so while he’s laying out the outline for that, I’m gonna work on my 8’3" US blank that’s sitting around …
Drew up an outline mostly stolen from a Hobie slug now just wondering what to add to make it magical … and the blank looks like it’s got a fair amount of tail rocker in it so I’m thinking of hacking the whole 3 extra inches off the tail and leaving the nose as is?
This should be a good step down from longboard to something whippier … thoughts? Flat bottom or concave? Soft wimpy rails or aggressive down rails?
I think this board is going to be fun … maybe my next ‘most average days’ board …
