8' fish

That's my blunt nose fish.  I now perfer wide round pin quads now.  I like this fish riding small sloppy waves best.

That’s the last thing I’d call it. As someone else said, it’s a longboard with a swallow tail. A small swallow, at that. But hey, if it works, it works. That’s what counts.

i made it all down rail all the time for speed, and a twin for turning. the blank has a radical nose rocker for a board that big.

having ridden it for a couple of months, in all kinds of conditions, i feel it is the best board I've ever had..

basiclally just some ideas i put together that seem to work for me.

Cool!  Does your customer like it?

the customer flaked out about the time i bought the blank and started figuring dimensions. like that never happens to anybody, but I thaught of possibilities and decided , what the heck make it any way and see how it works

make them pay for the blank, that way they cant flake out and you arent left outta pocket...but if it goes well for you, then thats all good hey....

    Howzit pridmore, Just one more example of why board builders should get a deposit that covers at least the cost of the blank when taking a custom order.Most I know get at least $100 or more if the blank costs more. Aloha,Kokua

thats ok i took a $125 deposit, and when he opted out i simply gave him "store credit";

i think i will be making him a duplicate in a month or so

      Howzit cj, What would be great is if the guy ecides on a board that you can use the same blank on. Godd to know you are a smart business man too.Aloha,Kokua
