There's a company here in Victoria [ Australia] that , as far as I know ?still? does them too [coloured foams]
A year or two ago , some chipfish guy posted a photo of his [camera-shy] nephew hiding behind one , outside the Island Surfboards store [vicco]

You mean “fade”, I assume? I would expect the red one to fade pretty fast. Red dyes and pigments seem not to do well with sun exposure. Think of all the old Webers and Nolls that have all the red faded away in the lam. Most of the boards I’ve seen with red airbrush have faded really fast, too.
southshore blanks (graham king surfboards) does poly swirl blanks here in sydney as well.
