I understand that this forum is about Surfboard design, but I wish to open a company and have no idea what´s the cheapest way to do it.
Costs as Bookeeper make me confused . Please let me know what kind (LLC,...) would fit better for a micro shape company, I would say selling U$ 20.000 per year.

Sounds like you're looking for legal advice. As far as a small surfboard shaping company, in the realm of $20K per annum, just build 'em and sell 'em, what more do you need to know?
Oh yeah, but if you're gonna make it as a small shaping company, you might want to drop the "softboard" handle LOL.
My advice costs nothing, and it's worth it, too!
