I read somewhere they were whaling boats but it could be wrong?? Maybe someone used it as a whaling boat once and history got sckewed? Norwegians used them as whaling boats? or the source I read was completly wrong…
the one in pic is cold moulded veneer’’ as an aprentice i worked on many
the early boats were clinker built.
