G’day Ben,

Yep it’s a Shaun Tomson. The McCoy single fin came from a Rotary market up the north coast - $30 bucks!!! and it’s in good nick. The zap I got from a second hand sports store in Sydney, probably about 10 years ago. They had all these shitboxes in there for $200 bucks +, typical pawn shop type rubbish and the zap was hanging up on the wall like some kind of oddity with the grand price tag of 40 bucks on it. Man I’m still laughing about that

The red and white single (now largely brown unfortunately) is a Brewer. The Big Dick we call it…an absolute weapon of a board which has caused more injuries to my brothers and I than all our other boards combined. It’s got a blood lust that board

See ya,

Luke

Love the bargains!

got my 60s spoon in great nic for $20 from an Inland Pawn shop. my sister asked if it was a spoon and the lady said “no! it’s a kneeboard!” my sister goes… “i’ll take it anyway”. and lucky she did, i was stoked!

aaargh…20 bucks??

my best buy was a 9 out of 10 Crozier kneelo for $120

and a first generation Energy thruster (Simon Anderson) for $100

yeah i go on rescue missions to save all those poor boards in bad shops.
