Yup. It was worse before he figured out how to post photos. No context for what he wrote, followed by his ad.
Thinly veiled spam, at best.
These threads belong in "Swaylocks Surfshop" or even "Announcements", not the General discussion. Yeah, there might be some sick pics, but as you say, thinly veiled advertisement.
