I have been using it to control the speed on my trim router on fin box installs and with my angle grinder for doing laps.
Now i have a whole new reason!
The other day I was grinding some laps…I looked up for one second…and the grinder hit my thumb!
At the slowest speed, in a split second, it sliced vertically through the tip of my thumb deep enough to cut into the finger nail.
Had it been runing at full speed, it would have no doubt taken the end of my thumb off before I could have even reacted.
So…do yourself a favor…have more control over your router and grinder jobs…and save yourself unnecessary medical bills in the process!!!
