I have sold boards to some great riders. They were very wary of the chargers,so what I told them to do was ride it with the chargers in for an hour then take them(chagers) out,EVERYONE INCLUDING MYSELF said by the 3-5 stroke of paddling out they noticed lots of drag!It didn’t catch waves very well, and it turned like sh-t.then I TOLD THEM TO PUT THEM(chargers) BACK IN,the results, well lets say I got people lined up for months now!IF THERE ARE SOME BIG WAVE RIDERS INTRESTED,PROS,ETC.ETC.It works even better on longer boards esp.GUNS.I’ve been surfing for 38years and building them for 31,most new designs I would say okay I guess, but not this time in my opinion the thruster is obsolete.I’M NOT ALONE I know of other builders that have gone down the same path and came up with the same conclusion.THANK YOU RUSTY FOR DROPPING THE BALL.HERB
Right on Herb! Herb SPITZER can make ANY thruster faster, looser, and more positively responsive with his “SUPERCHARGER” fins/foils. Just add them any old or new board and you will feel the difference immediately if you’ve got your shit together. As soon as you start paddling you’ll know what we are talking about…way better than any cRusty C5. And talk about fast, other shapers and riders are gonna catch on sooner or later because there gonna see guinea pigs like me speeding down the line on my “SUPERCHARGED” surfboards. Mahalo Herb for such a fine contribution to surfing that is sure to have a huge impact on the general public’s surfing.
