acrylic thinner for tempra paint

can you use future or acrylic thinner for thinning tempa paints?? it seems if you could, it would also seal the paint when dry eliminating 1 step of the process. also-- which is easier to spray? i have used tempra only, and when you get the right consistency, it sprays great. if acrylic is easier to use, then i think i will have to switch.

The cheapest solution would be to go get a jug of distilled water… Its all water based paint… Thats what I use for spraying acrylic on fabrics and things… I dont know how it would effect the foam… I’m guessing not bad because you dont want to saturate the foam in paint… You want it to look dull in appearance after you’ve sprayed it… Or so I’ve read…

Go get a gallon… 1.39… Max
