If you don’t have Adblock Plus you should get it. It makes this website much more enjoyable as it eliminates the ads at the top of the screen and on the right side. Thumbs up for this product!!!
Ads on swaylocks are more enjoyable than no swaylocks at all. Maybe the ads help pay for costs, or motivation to admin this place, who knows. I dont, but it’s worth a thought.
I agree with what you are saying, I have been using adblock for years and years, but honestly, recommending users on a forum that have ads to bypass these (and the income from them) might be a bit much. Just saying.

Problem with the ads here is they often obscure other content on the screen. Particularly when someone posts a picture and the post is near the top of the page. The ads cut off the person's picture while the text wraps properly. Adblock eliminates the problems for good.
