I’m looking for a small space to rent for a shaping room/workshop in the Encinitas area. I make about 10 or 12 boards a year for myself (shaping only no glassing). Do any of you San Diego guys (or girls) know of or have a room that you’d be willing to rent to a hobby shaper? Any ideas for finding an affordable space in the area would be appreciated. Thanks
I am looking for a space as well. I know that there are numerous shapers located off of the 76, airport, and production street in Oceanside. I shape and glass in my garage about 24 boards a year (2 per month). I would be willing to split a space with you or anyone else looking. I know that area has numerous industrial space available. Moura in Sorrento Valley was renting his space not too long ago. Call him to see if he’s still doing it. 858 350 4656 (posted in SwayBay). There’s another ad in swaybay from a guy in San Clemente, mjwisdom, if that’s closer for you. Not sure if he’s still doing it either.
