Air bubbles in hotcoat

if its gummy, then it my opinion that the wax never rose, and the resin is just like lam resin. But without seeing whats going on It’s hard to tell. But if you seal it with another coat of sanding resin it should allow the resin to harden up underneath and allow you to sand it flat. Will it cover all the gummed up stuff? I don’t know, but if you wipe it with acetone and it goes clear, then it more than likely cover. South Garbage never really glassed off this afternoon, still fun. How was Rock Piles?
