Airbrush - Yellow to Blue Fade

I’m in the process of coming up with an airbrush design for a board and had the following question: has anybody here every done a yellow to darkish blue fade on a board and if so, how did it come out and what specific colors did you use? I’ve seen a fair amount of red to yellows and blue to whites, but haven’t seen a yellow to blue (at least recently).

Thanks in advance.

Airbrush on blank, starting with yellow nose to about 2/3rd back, if you want even THREE colors. Fade to no paint, evenly.

Airbrush blue from tail to wherever you want the green to end, looking closely at the colors.

Stop when you think it looks OK.

Any sprayacrylic yellow, the brighter the more it fades. Same with the blue.

Howzit Lee,If you lay down the yellow first you won’t get much of a green after you lay down the blue. The trick is to paint the blue first then do the yellow. the yellow on top will blend to make a green, but blue over yellow will basically just be blue. Aloha, Kokua

Oops, my bad.

I answered that way 'cause I thought the original colors where just yellow to blue. Can’t escape some amount of green.

Many thanks.
