Ambrose, from what I have seen for the last 15 years is,if they have one foot, they have another, so why not shoot them in both feet.

I am close to a Mfg. that can’t seem to do the right thing, only see how far and fast they can get one step ahead of clients that ultimately are who keep the doors open.

Send models off shore to be made, cheat clients on royalties, raise prices constantly to compensate for the business they have driven away.

Now, I ain’t that smart, but keeping business in your own backyard seems like good business to me.

Being grateful for ambitious, dedicated, experienced craftspersons, rather than dress them down in front of other employees for rather minor errors.
