Thought id do a build thread for my latest creation, first board ive managed to sell aswell, so i thought id share…
Hope this is of interest, there might be a few steps missing due to forgetting camera but i think you`ll get the jist.

Outline cut and layed on the rocker bed.
Rocker jig was from a previous hotwired blank.
First Rail band cut and taped ready for the bag…
Bagged with both rail bands on. Usually dont do the bottom at the same time find it gets to messy trying to sort the concave aswell as everything else…
Clean up the rail edges and then bag the bottom on with 4oz under the balsa. Also use the contour matt at this point…
Out of the bag, clean up and shape the deck. Sorry no pics of this or bagging top…
Clean up the deck and shape the rails.
Glue on tail blocks ( just strips of 9mm Balsa ) Clean up and sand ready for Glassing…

Yes i set balsa blocks into the foam to support the fcs plugs… think im gonna go for lokbox next time as these have just become available over here…
Hey chipfins61 would love a trip out to west oz to test the board maybe next year… for niow though ill wait till we get some swell and get some photos of the board in action…
