Just wondering if anyone as spoken to Matt at Damascus Productions lately? We haven’t been able to contact them for the last few months. Are they still in business? I know the website is still up. Any info would be great. Jim do you have any insight?
I ordered the Master Series from them back in October because you guys were out of stock, and now I’m having to dispute the issue with PayPal because I can’t even get an email response from Damascus – they have basically taken my money and run.
I hope all is well with them, but I’d recommend to everyone not to give them your money until they get their act back together…
I’m having the same problem i had 2 deffective dvd’s and they told me to send them back to their location, and they would send me replacements. After, 3 months, i still have not recieved my replacements. i finally got an email back after about sending 10 and i was told they were going to TRY to send someone over to send me out my replacements. They said they have been out of town recording-
just to give an update, I finally got my replacement dvd from dpg. It took probably 3 months of getting their automated email responce, but i keep on emailing them back every week till i finally got a real person. And after 2 real person responses i finally recieved my replacements.-josh
I’ve spoken to Matt a few times recently and he’s been out of the office for quite a long while working on a new project. I’ll send him a note letting him know the issues you’ve had. Of course Matt is a big boy so I can’t promise a response but I’ll try to help prime the pump.
