That is the shaper from HIC I meant to say was one of my favorites. It would be awsome to apprentice under a guy like that. Does anyone know of apretaship programs around in SD. How about anyone will to give me private lessons for a reasonable fee, instead of purchasing boards and looking over a shapers shoulder. How about paying to look over a shapers shoulder. I am looking to see how concaves and channels are made and those tunnel channels on bonzers are made. Are those tunnel channels, those things shpae with coke cans.

yeah, August is great and all but damn that a lot of dough. There’s a guy here in Fl doing the same thing a $1000 for the weekend, you shape and they glass, you’re not invited for the glassing lesson. I think I’d wanna see the glassing end and be able to come back for questions and evals. for that kinda money. i’m in the same boat, doin it myself to save $$.
