ive been trying to run the aps2000 design program but it say keeps saying that i need to down load some file to run it ive already downloaded java web but still no dice any help would be great.

If you doing this on your work PC try playing around with your LAN connection in internet explorer. I think the key is in the proxy settings.
3d is cool but I dont think it lets you print a template.

wardo… the aps3000 needs your firewall to be taken off for inital start up only the first time… after that it will be fine… thats my experiance, cheer dave. p.s. combined with the aps 3000 machine the end result is insane…

If you can post your exact error message that may help a little more.
Otherwise we recommend that you remove the version of Java Web Start (uninstall) and then install a newer one.
Let me know if it still doesn’t work and we’ll figure something out.

the program was written in java to be useable under all operating systems like windows, Mac and Linux. but downloading java is not always enough, it also must be activated. please go to control panel-java-advanced and scroll down for java 1.4.1 or higher. click apply and you might be set. in case things still do not work let me know and we’l fix it.
