pretty hard to figure out what your trying to say…i get the idea that the bottom lam is messed up,dry spots, clumps ,etc…dont worry i had the same problem…sand down the clumps , and either wet the dry spots and stick them down, or cut them off …and better luck on the deck…the board can still be made rideable , might not ever look perfect ,but if it was easy everybody would do it…
