I want a copy of the program, been to these sites and they ask for a email address which I have given them but no reply

That’s a hot link to the download page–you need to accept the terms, and then you can download it free–doesn’t take long

That’s interesting. It wan’t too long ago I downloaded a new version right from the site. Maybe they’re using this method to track users or something.

Have you checked your spam/email filter? It might be getting blocked. If you have a filter, check your blocked emails to see if it got caught in your net.

If not, either send them an email directly from their contact feature or just wait. Some of their guys visit Sway’s and often reply to comments on their product.
