ATTENTION GLOSS MASTER!!!!

Has anybody used 3M Super duty rubbing compund and then followed that up with the 3M Finnesse finishing material. can’t find surluster in the area and figure that 3M stuff should work real well. thanks in advance

The 3M superduty compound works very well but is agressive. If you’re not careful you can rub right through the gloss coat. Finesse II works great after the superduty compound, sometimes instead of the superduty, depends on how good a sanding job you did. I even follow this with a level III polish that really creates a deep glossy shine. It may be overkill but the results are great. I have never used the shureluster so I can’t compare the two. I just use what I can readily obtain.
