i usually use my flyrods to bend my own templates…i just recieved my 9.9w outlined it with my handy adjustable square and it looks great but i would love to check it with some real numbers…how far back behind center should the wide point be?..i would really like tudors david nuuhiwa numbers but i know thats alot to ask…i have been staring at this thing on my living room floor for days and cant wait to tear off the skin thanks

hay surforegon…wellwhat i have laid out right now is 6 and 3/4 " tail…slight vee i fugure…flat or slight convex in belly u shaped concave in the nose keeping it as thick as p[ossible 3.25 with nice 50/50s and some kinda cool cooperfish nova deal upfront…it will be 23.1/8 wide 9’5 long… taking all length out of the nose leaving +kick in the tail…i got a =1/2 in the nose too but shes a flat one what a nice blanks she is…i may catch rock bass off her in the summer…

TJ I have a board kinda like the one your shaping. Its a 1967 Hansen Competitor with a 19" nose and turned down rails on the nose.And flat across the bottom of the nose. 50 50 rails rolled bottom.Tail is 15 3/4"with a real strong kick to it.It’s a fun board to take out at Indian on those small summer days. What kinda fin and glass lay up are you planning. Gordon
