On behalf of Bert, all I can say…
Is that if you are within 100 miles or so of Huntington this weekend you better show.
You are going to miss something special, something epic
We all need to give Bert and crew the support they deserve for this upcoming event.
Hell if I could just walk or sit cramped for 4-5 hours I’d be on a plane to John Wayne just to see it myself…
That’s all you need to know
cause the rest is up to you…
I’m anticipating it to be better than Cerritos

I’m 400 miles away and I’m going. Can’t wait. Talked to Bert yesterday. This is going to be cool.
you know we talk about change about this and about that…
It would be Nev to see the potential to back the change…
well it’s up to us now, the sways community to spread the word to get people to Huntington to witness Bert’s discovery in person. I’m so glad that he’s finally getting his fleeting 15 minutes walk of fame in this big national event in Huntington. Being there along with Nev’s waves of compassion big board showing is a winning press event. I just hope they take their eyes off the big board long enough to notice Bert’s great discovery… Get the word out to all your friends… start the hype going…
As Seth Godin tells us the power of Viral Marketing among the new generation is unmatched to anything we can do in print…
The Surfburger is a highly advanced surfboard made of composite sandwich construction that is vacuum formed to produce a better, faster, lighter, stronger and more responsive surfboard. Most importantly, it can be custom made for the individual surfer’s requirements.
Up until now surfboards have continued to be made based on 50 year old technology, but now there is a growing awareness of composite construction and their potential in surfboards.
By comparison to moulded composites from Asia, the new SURFBURGER system is light years ahead and is also a completely customised method with significant higher performance features and benefits.
So what can we expect from the SURFBURGER ?
There is so much – so you have to read ‘The Long Story’.
Basically though, it’s been described as being ‘like a rubber band’ tensioning and releasing through the surfer’s turns (a noticeable ‘twang’) due to the programmable flex and high speed flex return characteristics that are built in (you’ll be hooked!). This equipment can definitely take a surfer’s ability to the next level. Bottom line is - a better, stronger, lighter, faster, more responsive surfboard that has the most unbelievable graphics and performance characteristics.
The Future has arrived – it’s called SURFBURGER!
It’s our aim to share it with the rest of the industry and we are keen to receive expressions of interest on all levels. This is the future of the industry.
According to Bert, he and NEV have a booth at the Huntington contest. Everyone should show support and stop by and say HI! Bert would be Stoked with all the Swaylock support!!
Thanks!
Ken
I stopped by today at the booth. If you go, look for the BIG (1200 lbs) NEV surfboard, and the booth is just off the nose. WOW!! What a surfboard!!!
SURFBURGER…kind of hard to forget that name…i like it.
Dont know if its actually the name brand of the board…its possible its the name of the technology he’s developed…i guess this weekend we’ll know a lot more…
