That backside off the lip is what strikes me still as the quintessential hi performance longboard maneuver. It would do most shortboarders proud.

Great set of boards there..can you answer a couple of questions I have about the channels on the boards. What are the benifits to channels up on the nose instead of having a concave? also what effects do they have on the handling of the board with either design (nose/ tail channels) Why not have both designs together? I noticed that the tail channels were not set up with a 2+1 fin setup.. is this due to that fact you are going for a looser board?

Cost to the customer is the biggest hurdle in having nose and tail channels.
2+1 fin set ups will require the channels to be spaced differently to fit the side fin placement.
The nose channels add trimming control and are so clean you can’t feel them.
A deep nose concave bogs and lifts for extended nose time.
