There are quite a few now, though shipping is probably still a bit high to Sardinia. You might want to check with a local shaper and find out if you can get a blank from him/her.
Surfoam, Hossegor, makes PU blanks which you can check out on their website.
Seabase UK or Seabase.fr distributes blanks as well, though they just changed suppliers and I’m blanking on whose they carry.
4S in Bordeaux has the Tecel distribution. I’ve shaped plenty of these and am pretty happy with them.
Viralsurf in Bidart distributes Burford.
Atuacores near Bordeaux is terrific for polystyrene.

Seabase now carries USBlanks. Viral also carries TBF (Tech Blank Foam, a spanish brand).
I am from Spain, how are this TBF foams?? I have not tried them yet, they can be compared with burford or US blanks???

I would compare them with Walker blanks: sugar-like consistency and a bit heavier, but quite nice to shape. Just “different”.
