I just finished my second board, and I thought I’d share the stoke with a few pictures of it. It’s EPS/Epoxy, 9’x22"x3". I built it from a block of foam and no power tools; mostly just sanding blocks. I definitely want to pick up a power planer for the next one I shape though. And I definitely want to thank all of the posters on Swaylocks; I learned a lot from all of you.
Looks great, IM! How did you do the sun rays on the deck?
Diggin’ the graphics, looks like the ones on aerobatic aircraft wings…

One question… what density foam did you use?
The sun rays were just masked off and painted. I used Krylon H2O and it seems to have worked well. Originally I was going to add a sun too, but I liked the look after I finished the rays.
The foam is a 2# density that I got from an insulation company in MA.
