Hey everyone, here’s a few photos of my newest Bonzer 5, 6’2.5"x 19"x 2.5". Glassed double 6 top, 6 bottom and a gloss and polish but it’s still relatively light. The fins are laid up clear, although it doesn’t really show in the photos. This is my fifth board, with each one it’s getting a bit easier to make it end up like I envisioned at the start! I’m really happy with the way that this one came out, much knowledge learned on Sways applied and thanks to everyone for sharing their knowledge!

nice work acolyte. i like the diamond tail & clear keels & resin swirl. definitely confirms for me that a five-fin bonzer is on my ‘to do’ list. just as soon as i get a canard quad fish done first.

Great looking board, good that the kiwis are building a few and not letting the aussies get all the glory and I’m looking forward to riding my friend’s Campbell Bros. bonzer that he’s had on order for MONTHS. Being the bastard I am I show him every new bonzer pic on Sways so that his wait seems even more painful.

Thanks for all of the kind words guys, Chip I just sold my 3-fin Bonzer but another one is on the cards! Bonzers have over the past year become my favorite design, just a few pumps and you’re away down the line as fast as you want. Cheers guys!

maybe twenty or so
mangas rarely breaks like that though
usually its a wrapping south swell that has a hell sweep
that wave looks more east to north east swell and it really starts firing
