boards guarannteed

From a while of time I offer the first repair to my customers free on my surfboards but also on the diverse surfboards and on the lines up surfboards,

usually when the clients feel him say that it is free in some way they are felt satisfied and however pagan somehow

often offering me beer or coffee or in nature:).

it is a way to take care of the clients and to give them the feeling to feel himself cured.

Naturally this within some limits.

Considering that I would already take care me of these three marks I was thinking whether not to take care of the other surfboards of the

swaylocks members.

seen the high quality of the construction the reparairs with this service I don’t believe they will be so many.

I wanted to ask you if this thing is good or bad…

I believe this is one of the things that the low cost producers they cannot do.

eventually to create a database online where the partners can verify if the table is still in guarantee…

Surely it is a bad idea but…maybe it work

I had a guarentee program for boards a few years ago. At $30 for an extended warrantee the average builder will net an additional profit and never have to deal with screwing a customer again. The customer has the option of buying the warrantee or not. The additional profit takes care of any warantee burden… easily.

It’s almost beyond beleif to me that manufacterers don’t offer this.

Howzit glasser, I guarantee my fin system installations and if there is a problem due to the install I fix it for free. Luckally my installs seem to work and haven't had to do any repairs yet. I think an extended warranty is a so so idea since the buyer might be a real board thrasher and you might see his board in your shop quite often. Years ago I was doing a lot of ding repair work and came up with a mantenance program for my regulars. They would bring their boards to me every couple of months and I would clean up the board and check for any dings and then tell the person what was needed to be fixed. Worked pretty good and the boards seemed to last longer since some surfers don't really check their boards for dings all the time, especially those little cracks that seem like no big deal but they will suck water and cause problems later on.
