 40z underx rohacellx 4oz over   bottom  x 4 0z under  x 6x 4  deck  2. 6kg 



  as we get swell  the ride reports will come in

will be using some of larrys gear in the next batch

hi, how are the rails formed? i ask because i have made two similar boards , 1lb eps core with a 3mm hd pu foam on the outside , i used off cuts of longboard rail bands to form the rails and then covered the rails in carbon cloth to hide the join line , pete

Those will be bullet proof with that glass schedule.

And they are still around 5 pounds…

nah done that 2years back

ah another 4 hour early sesh. 4ft ofshore glassy 200 meter wall with bowl and barrel section

i think i was getting a bit bored after about 30 waves

3 days straight so far

best looking compsand ive seen (perfshorty that is , some of the wood ones look real good to)

what did you use for the gloss

In So. California we’ve been suffering through the worst winter ever! And that was after the

coldest smallest summer ever! Other than a trip out of the country, I haven’t had a memorable session since

last Spring!

What happened to global warming, warm oceans and big storms?

Very nice looking board. I’m looking forward to building a composite foam board so I’m curious what thickness the Rohacell was that was used on this board?

Does the Rohacell go all the way onto the rails or does it stop short of the rail and then get blended in?

Sorry for the questions but enquiring minds would like to know.

BTW, when you get one of these built with ProBoxes in them please send us some photos and I’ll post them on our Web site links back too you.

id post photos but we have a rule. keeps the crowds down although it was pretty stink crowded today with 6 guys out

had to wait at least 5 minutes for a set
