So is it possible to use UV Poly with Styrofoam, I will be glassing In 2 6oz on deck and 1 6oz on bottom, I’m planning to make an EPS Mal…

No. All poly eats EPS. Try putting some on some scrap. It’s pretty impressive. There was a post a while back of someone painting 3 coats of latex paint on EPS and glassing with polyester resin.
