canard quad placement on larger fish

I’ve searched the archives and have found this question asked, but not answered. It has been recommended that twin keels be moved forward on larger fish. I would assume then, that the cluster of fins in a canard quad setup should also be moved forward, but how much? I am going to install lokbox speed dialer fins on my 6’4" fish and would really appreciate any suggestions on fin placement (or if they should be kept at the same positions indicated in the archives).

Thanks

Seay

Seay,

I have used the basic keel placement guidelines for bigger fish(6-6 and 6-4) with good results. I did not move them farther forward. I don’t know if that translates over to the quads or not. My only canard quad is on a 5-8. Mike

some good placement numbers for canard quads here on this thread:
