Used UV gloss before but now 1st time with regular gloss resin. Gotta have a fast kickoff so the resin doesn’t all drip down the sides, right? What %? 2%?

Need 20-30 minutes cure time, to run clean and clear the brushstrokes.
Normal cat, warm the air, the board, and the resin.
Need to brush center out whole surface, then accross from nose to tail, then tail to nose, then lengthwise whole surface, then across from nose to tail, nose to tail, then lengthwise again, to thin the gloss resin.
Howzit 220grit, First use Rheichold glossing resin for a faster kick time. Check the archives for the formular I use and your gloss job should come out looking great. Aloha,Kokua
something like 12 -16oz @ 20-30cc ± @65-73 degrees or so for a 20 min fast kick. Not exactly rocket science, just pour the stuff in and go to work. Make sure your done with the steps mentioned above in about 10 minutes max. Set a little timer to remind you. Pour, stroke, stroke, clean brush, pull tape, done.
