grettings all
started glassing my first board today. i have installed the future fin boxes as per my preference of exchangeable fins. i watched the install video on their website several times before glassing my board, and did my best to follow all instructions. i was unable to get all the air bubbles out from under the glass around the fin boxes.
any hints or helpful advise ???

Surgery may now be required now that you’ve glassed it. You may want to try an 18 gauge needle and syringe to push some resin into the bubbles, or you may want to continue on and then hand sand down into the area around the raised lip and then fill with resin and filler. Futures are tricky when it comes to not leaving air bubbles. Try watching bambam808’s video to see how he does it.
you have pictures of how big the bubbles are?
no unfortunately i dont. i ended up just cutting through the glass with a razor blade and filling with resin prior to the hotcoat. thank you both for taking time to respond. i appreciate your interest.
