Crushing EPS foam with vacuum

I’m curious, have anyone tried to use high pressure on higher density foam when bagging on the skins? I have 2lbs pr. cubic foot/20kg pr. cubic meter which according to specs can withstand 100 kPa = 14.5 psi = 29.5 inches of mercury which sounds like quite a solid vacuum for a small vacuum pump.

Edit: Double checked specs. The high 100kPa loads are short time only. For long time loads the pressure is roughly 1/3 of the shorttime load.
