Deck Glassing with UV resin

Hi,

New shaper here.

I’ve searched the archives but cannot find an answer for this and any sites with glassing information is not specific regarding this.

I am glassing a deck with 2 x 4oz cloth and UV resin - do I lay the two 4oz cut layers on together and laminate with the UV resin - in other words; squeegie the resin through the two layer at once, then UV?

or

Do I laminate one 4oz layer, UV, then laminate the second 4oz layer over it and then UV again?

Any help greatly appreciated

two layers together…just make sure both are fully saturated before taking it out in the sun.

…also, cut the inside layer to the rail line. only wrap the outside layer.
