Yeah, kinda looked similar to that before I cut it off due to years of water rotting the area out under the fin.
As for the land dispute, last I heard the land was sold and the area around 2nd point was going to have the crap developed out of it. We’ll see, wont be easy there’s no infrastructure around there and I could see a juicy recession around the corner putting that on hold. Its already getting pretty developed as is. For such a remote place there is never any shortage of drama down there. I’m just there to surf myself, I could give a crap about yuppie real estate deals
So I take it that means the land issues haven’t hindered the surf sessions, that’s good. As far as drama, your other destination of choice (Malibu) is right up there in the top ten, haha. Today the drama was the Topanga fire, and PCH being a backed up mess. But the crowd there is always the culmination of surf trips and head trips.
