I decided to see if I could learn how to use Windows Movie Maker which was preloaded with Windows on my computer. As I looked for some readily available files to import into my first movie I found a couple mpegs from a board repair that I took with my digital camera. I thought, okay, I’ll try a delam’ movie. What resulted can be found through this link. I hope.
It’s a little cheesy I admit, and it may not be the best way to accomplish the repair, but it is board fix related so I thought I’d post the link here. It might be useful to some of the inexperienced people.
Very nice. Thanks for sharing that. You have a lot more perseverance than I do as I would of just biffed the thing. If it’s a square area you may want to try a router as well. So apology accepted.
I’ve been wanting to do some familiy videos with Movie Maker. I haven’t learned the capturing from camera part so I started with the idea that I’d grab some of my little camera mpegs and put something together and learn the functions. It turned out to be a repair video. I can’t do the rest of the repair because when I was doing the work I wasn’t taking pics or video with the idea of doing something instructional. This was just an after the fact, let’s see if I can make a video, sort of thing.
By the way, as a first time try, once I learned some of the basic functions, Movie Maker was really easy to use.
Unfortunately I wasn’t planning to make a video when I did the repair. I just decided to make it when I was looking for clips to use while learning Movie Maker. I happened to have some of opening the delam’ so…delam’ video.
