the latest ‘Slide’ longboarding magazine [a new zealand publication…yay !!]

has a good photo spread on derek’s finless time [and others!] on king island .

there’s even a shot of a guy on a mat [being dropped in on]

i’m just sorry i no longer have my own scanner and computer , but perhaps one of the kiwis can scan the article’s photos ?? [i always live in hope]

Have you seen the "Musica/Surfica " doco? Derek riding J-Bay on finless bd absolutely amazing & with Richard Tognetti surfing and playing his Classical music in tha background(one of the worlds greatest Violinist’s) if any one thinks surfing is getting a bit boring…this doco is an amazing work of art with the surfing challenging the status quo! BRiLLIANT!
