Dick Catri Surfboards - Randall Dix Model?

Hello all.  I’m wondering if anyone can tell me about a board I recently acquired.  Its a Dick Catri, Randall Dix Model shaped by “bro”.  My first board ever was a Catri Nuuhiwa model in the early 1980’s, which is one of the reasons I bought this board.  I live here in the Cocoa Beach area and figured this has to be an east coast board.  So, my two initial questions would be:

  1. Who was the shaper that signed this as ‘bro’ ?

  2. What year approximately was this board shaped in?
