I have experienced consistantly bad service with these guys. Bad attitudes, bad paint jobs, and no customer service. Don’t ever call in after you have’nt herd anything for a month to find out about your board. They shit talk behind your back when they think you can hear them over the phone. Do they just hate me, or are they dicks to everyone?
Is Gino still there? I’m surprised they are still in business. Pretty crappy work. Bruce Grant is happy he no longer get’s his boards glassed there. I didn’t have much luck there.
Customer service at a glass shop? You have got to be kidding. I don’t know if you have ever looked around, but the owner is probably in the corner sanding boards and didn’t have time to call you back because his bread and butter shapers are busy. Maybe you are a pain in the butt? Talkin smack behind your back? Kind of like posting smack on the internet, nice. Pretty professional way to behave on your end. At least you could have used your real name if you were going to talk smack.

you may find at some shops that they are not real interested in glassing a backyard shape because of the faults, bumps, high stringer ect and it will get put back on the racks until someone can be bothered. which may not be the case here just seems like a bad shop…just go somewhere else if its happend more than once.

no…you’re rippin’ on a person for rippin’ on scott’s business based on his personal experience(s)…and NOT doing it to his face. do i need to draw you a diagram or something?? accordingly, i renew my previous statement. perhaps a better means of getting your point across would be to share any number of positive experiences that you’ve had with scott’s glass shop.
