Dude who modified Hitachi's for Clark

Does anyone have his email/contact info? thanks

jeff@shapersedge.com

Don’t know about the “dude” but I saw a couple modified planers on the US Blanks truck the other day. They are selling em, looked pretty nice.

Also they sell them on foamez.com i believe, and at fiberglass hawaii if you’re near one.

He worked with Clark but now works with US Blanks. He’ll get right back to you and get you setup. If you ask him he might have a few left with the Clark logo on them if you want that.

Yeah thats the guy, right on! ive got the older hitachi circa 96 and need some parts and info. belts and brushes are different etc. Might as well go to the messiah! thanks guys.

Don’t think it had been mentioned or pictured in the magazines back then. But it is not a secret these days. It is Bingin, just down from Padang, eary 80’s surfing it alone, and only about 4 others before that. It is not a big wave but it was a gauranteed somewhat short barrel every wave. One of the funnest waves for sure, no fear out there, easy barrel. Later trips to Bali it got very crowded. I’ve surfed many good waves but have only a couple handful of pictures of myself surfing most I don’t like the way I look. This one I like for what it was.
