dust and mud

been reading tons of info on the health issues of liquid epoxy. switching from PE to RR epoxy for environmental and safety issues. have it, but haven’t used it yet. no problem staying away from liquid. was wondering about sanding dust and wetsanding mud. working in my basement (plastic room). i have decent ventilation and a shop-vac connected to my sander, but some things must be hand sanded. dust still gets everywhere, outside of plastic, bedroom, a thin coat everywhere. does sanding open next layer of bad stuff? is mud from wetsanding just as bad when epoxy is reliquified? (needing gloves). sometimes i will be in my shop covered in dust for hours and hours. will my sweat reliquify epoxy dust so it can soak into my skin? sorry about the paranoia but i can’t walk through or by my shop without static cling or rubbing against something with dust on it. also, its in my basement, theres no stopping dust. i am also allergic to hay, milk and bee stings if there is any correlation to others having reactions. 24hrs seems to be the going cure time to sand hotcoat and a few days for glosscoat???

thanks a heap. vince
