My guess would be that its a homemade type thing,not a stock item.Probably for a vaccum hose?
Hi Cleanlines, I know they are manufactured, my buddy has one on a plane he bought in Hawaii but the guy he got it from said he thinks it was made in Japan.The one in the photo is off the Bruce Jones site it was on a skil someone had for sale.
