This guy has listed about 15 brand new “Maui & Sons” surfboards. They feature airbrush designs, FCS fins and gloss coats with a “buy it now price” of $199.00. Hmmm… wonder if they’re made in the Realm factory??? http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1852067098
WOW… cant believe it ~~~~~~~ the price is so cheap… BTW, if all board brands lower the price in such level, we’ll lost 50% backyard builder? Regards, Crabie

Hmmm… wonder if they’re made in > the Realm factory??? a couple years back I was seriously injured and got laidoff from the job… Times are tough and I’ve learned to accept life with little money and few a possesions. I used to order 2 or 3 custom boards every year- but now I’m dirt poor and simply don’t have time or money to surf like before. For my birthday I splurged and treated myself to a Realm board from Costco. I know theres a fuss about overseas boards, but A person in my position can’t be picky about exact custom dimensions. I think back to the days of ordering a new custom board just because the older one had to many dents or snapped the nose- those were the good ol’ days! Now I just feel damn lucky to be in the water doing what I love. People may laugh, curse me, whatever- I don’t mind where my board comes from. I hope somebody else in a position like mine is lucky enough to get one of these cheap boards from that guy on Ebay and continue to live the dream, no matter how many challenges are in the way. Live to surf-surf to live… Peace!

Hmmm… wonder if they’re made in > the Realm factory??? Here we go again with the same old thing…cheap imports. My take on Swaylocks is that it is all about building your own board.I did a little math and figured that I could build a 6’10" 4oz. glass potato chip for around $150.00 and that includes the the F.C.S. self destruct fin system.I say build your boards…its fun.
That’s rite, cleanlines, the cost will block the entrance of newbie boardbuilder Once you learn the fun from board building, you will think its worth to do it in your backyard. I would guess that these are the Maui and Sons boards from Costco, remember them from a year ago? Maybe leftovers or undelivered stock…>>> This guy has listed about 15 brand new “Maui & Sons” > surfboards.
