A friend of mine used to have a board that went like greased s@#! through a goose (how’s that for a visual?). Anyway I believe the label was Elington (spelling?). Anyone know anything about that label? Who shaped them, where were they based etc…? It was a fun board and I am trying to fill the quiver until I feel guilty… Thanks, Magoo Ahhhhh. Friday night and I am online while listening to two of the kids get through yet another argument. Times sure have changed… M

Jim Ellington is a local San Diego shaper. He sells his boards out of Mission Beach ( Liquid Foundation surf shop). We use to ride his boards back in high school that was in 1982. He’s been around a while. I believe some of my friends even rode for him. His boards are very reasonable around 350.00 for a short board.
